Why Endura™ Max
Take Endura™ Max every day to assist in maintaining normal muscle function and help alleviate the occurrence of muscle cramps and spasms. Endura™ Max contains ingredients which may protect your body against the oxidative stress and damage of physical training. Taurine may increase exercise performance by increasing VO2Max (maximal oxygen consumption), exercise time to exhaustion and maximal workload.
Avoid Magnesium Deficiency
Exercising regularly and strenuously may require additional magnesium. Symptoms that indicate you may be deficient in magnesium include muscle cramps, muscle spasms, muscles that feel weak, feelings of fatigue and an increased susceptibility to stress. Magnesium is a vital nutrient that is involved in many important processes, including energy production. This formula contains a high dose of Meta Mag™, a patented form of magnesium that’s highly absorbable and easily digestable.
Direction for use
Adults: Take 1 heaped scoop (11 g), twice daily, added to food or liquid (200 mL), or as directed by a healthcare professional.
WARNING: This product contains Pyridoxine hydrochloride, which may be dangerous when used in large amounts or for a long time. If symptoms persist consult a healthcare professional. Vitamins can only be of assistance if the dietary vitamin intake is inadequate.
Do not use if cap and/or bottle seals are missing or broken. This product is sold by weight not volume. Some settling may occur.

Inactives: Fructose, malic acid, citric acid, sucralose, flavours and beta vulgaris root powder (natural colouring).
