L-Glutamine is an amino acid used by sports people to aid them in achieving their nutritional and performance goals. L-Glutamine is one of the most valuable amino acids to supplement with. L-Glutamine stores are largely depleted due to extreme exercise so it is often supplemented in the diet when partaking in intensive training or physical exercise. The body is capable of manufacturing L-Glutamine on its own, but in most cases can never manufacture enough to fill the daily needs of sports people, therefore protein rich foods and L-Glutamine supplementation should be included in a nutritional diet.
L Glutamine is not a sole source of nutrition and should be consumed in conjunction with a nutritious diet and appropriate fluid intake. Direction:
Train in the morning.
- Schedule the first serving about 30 minutes to 1 hour before your morning workout.
- Take 1 serving 30 minutes after you train.
- Take 1/2 serving before bed.
Train twice daily.
- Take 1/2 serving (5 grams) 30 minutes before your morning workout.
- Take 1/2 serving (5 grams) 30 minutes after your morning workout.
- Take 1/2 serving (5 grams) 30 minutes before your evening workout.
- Take 1/2 serving (5 grams) 30 minutes after your evening workout.
- Take 1/2 serving before bed.
