POLICY OF REFUND

Any faulty or damaged stock received within 7 days will be replaced at no charge to the customer.

Any orders received incorrectly through the fault of The Edge, will be replaced or exchanged at no additional charge to the customer or a full refund of the initial charge, only if reported within 7 days of receiving the order.

All products ordered incorrectly by the customer, will not be exchanged or refunded. Products must be on their original state and not tampered with before the product is exchanged or refunded.
