FAQ

Only items received in a damaged condition can be replaced. No exchanges cannot be made, all sales are final. Both the original product/s and receipt must be returned to The Edge for exchange consideration

Only goods that are received damaged can be replaced. Goods must be returned to The Edge along with receipt before a replacement can be sent out.
Please allow 3-4 days delivery depending on your delivery address. Generally orders received before 1pm are received within 2 days of payment clearing.
Yes you can delivery to a different address provided the address is in Australia. To delivery to an address other than your home address, enter the details of the ‘Shipping address’ on the final checkout page.
Postage is a flat rate of $9 per order
No, checkout is simple and paying is easy. All that is required is your delivery address and then pay for your order. We accept payment via Credit Card, Afterpay or Zippay.
In most cases customers will receive their order in 1 -2 days, if orders are placed before 1pm and the delivery address is within the Sydney Metro area. It is not uncommon for orders to be received the next day. For those customers living in remote areas of NSW or rural interstate locations, we ask that you allow at least 5 working days before making enquiries.
Packages less than 500g are mostly sent via Australia Post. Please check with Australia Post for their delivery times for packages sent from Sydney NSW.
For those customers who will not be at home during business hours we recommend that they provide a work address for delivery. If you are not at home or the specified delivery address to receive the parcel, a card will be left advising that delivery was attempted. Please be sure to include the business name in the address information if you are decide to send to a work address.
Please note that Aramex and Sendle Couriers do not deliver to Post Office Boxes.

How to Shop at Edge Supplements

When you find a product you like just click the ‘Add To Basket’ button. Each product is set at a default value of (1). Remember to change the quantity, flavour and size if needed, before adding to basket. Your purchase will appear in the shopping cart tab at the top right hand side of each page.

Your purchases are always displayed in the Shopping Cart (Top Right) when hovering over the cart image. This will show you what you have added to your basket.
Click the ‘X’ next to the product in ‘Shopping Cart’ image (top right of each page) which will remove that item.
To change the quantity of a particular item, click the ‘Shopping Cart’ image (top right of each page) to go to the cart page. When you land on the Cart Page, change the quantities as necessary. Remember to ‘Update’ the basket after changing quantities
When you are ready to pay, click the Checkout button on the top right of each page.
No checking out is easy just enter your delivery details and then proceed to pay for your order. You have 3 x payment options, either use your credit card, Afterpay or Zippay.
