Max’s Maxines Burn is high protein (85%), low fat. low carbohydrate and both soy and gluten free. Maxine’s Burn Thermogenic Protein Directions:
- To assist with toning and quality lean muscle, take 1-2 serves of Max’s Maxine’s Burn in 200mls or water or low fat milk.
- To assist recovery after exercise, take 1 serve of Maxine’s Burn in 200ml of water or low fat milk within 30 minutes Post Workout.
- To maintain a lean body weight, replace 1 meal per day with 1 serve of Maxine’s Burn in 200ml of water or low fat milk as part of a kilojoule and carbohydrate controlled diet.
- To help strip fat, replace 2 main meals per day with 2-3 serves of Maxine’s Burn in 200ml of water.
